Gray's College Bookstore Return Policies
- No Refund without receipt.
- Last day to return items adopted to a course (textbooks and/or any other materials required or recommended by your professor) in the current semester and be eligible for a refund is January 18, 2010 (dependent upon the semester for which your books were purchased).
- All Special Orders selected for in-store pickup that are not will be re-shelved after 30 days without refund.
- All Pre-Orders not picked up by the end of business on the first day of classes for your selected semester will forfeit the deposit.
- Non-textbook Items in original condition with all price tags still attached may be returned within 15 days of purchase.
- Items must be unopened, i.e. still in shrink-wrap. If opened, only 75% of the purchase price will be refunded.
- New books must be returned in new condition. If not, only the used price will be refunded.
- Coursepacks and Reference books are non-refundable.
